Of course! You are welcome to our salon with or without a booking. However, if we are fully booked, we hope you understand that you might have to wait a little while or come back at another time. You can give your preferred outlet a ring before dropping by to make sure you will be accommodated.
You can schedule your appointment by calling your preferred outlet or online. For appointments booked online, please check your junk/spam folder within 12 hours for the appointment confirmation email.
In case you do not receive an email from us, please do not hesitate to reach out to your preferred outlet.
We understand that sometimes, schedule adjustments are necessary. Should you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment, you can message us on our Facebook page or call the respective outlet for immediate assistance.
We accept credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayNow, and NETS.
Services
You can view our services and rates at our service menu page. We style, colour, straighten, perm, and hair and scalp treatments.
We offer free consultations in-store. Our stylists will assess your hair and scalp condition and will recommend the best suitable treatment/s for your hair and/or scalp. The same goes for other services such as cut, colour, and retexturing – our stylists can make recommendations to fit your wants and needs if you are not sure what look to go for.
This totally depends on the color/s that you are trying to achieve. Lighter and brighter colors would require at least one (1) round of bleaching/pre-lightening in order for the colors to pop. Otherwise, the results might be subtle and unnoticeable.
We specialize in Asian hair type and use products formulated in Japan, Korea, and Europe. We use products from Shiseido Professional, Lebel, Milbon, Mucota, Glosz Hair Professional, de Lamo beaute, and Miyaki Professional.
