Went for scalp and hair treatment today at Northpoint outlet. Esther was very knowledgeable and explained to me in details about my scalp condition. Esther did scalp analyse on me. First time walk in to this salon by chance. Tiffany was very friendly and while waiting for Ice to help me wash hair , we had a blast chatting. Ice was very good in massaging my hair scalp and had a good time chatting with her too. I look forward to coming back tor try other hair services. I think I’ve been getting my hair cuts here for about 3 or 4 years now. Hannah has been my main stylist, and I’ve even been buying the yearly packages since then! She’s always friendly and easy to talk to so you’re not just getting your hair done, you’re also making a friend in the process. The place has been remodelled, and they even serve drinks now. Other than Hannah, the other staff members are also professional and friendly. You can tell that the teams work well together and there’s a sense of camaraderie among them, which is nice to see. The customers range from young adults, both male and female, to older patrons, and the staff treat them all well. It’s definitely a good place to get your hair done if you’re in yishun, good to call and make an appointment as there’re times when they are fully booked.
