I went for a haircut and scalp treatment, and the lovely ladies Ms. Penny, Ms. Sora, and Ms. Claire, provided one of the best services I have ever experienced compared to my previous visits elsewhere. They patiently explained the entire treatment process and the purpose of each step in addressing my scalp condition. They were professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Even though I can be quite forgetful, they never seemed impatient. Instead, they kindly repeated the aftercare instructions and follow-up treatments that I need to continue on my own. At no point did they pressure me to sign up for a package. Instead, their professionalism, confidence, and expertise in treating my scalp gave me the confidence to sign up for the course. Ms. Penny's head massage was amazing—so relaxing and refreshing. She was also very friendly and kind. Chating with her was relaxing. Ms. Claire gave me my haircut. She was careful, attentive, and, knowing that I was a first-time customer, she took the time to explain my hair type and offered professional suggestions on the most suitable hairstyle for me. I am very satisfied with the outcome after carrying a messy hairstyle for months! 😅 Ms. Sora was very gentle while explaining my scalp condition using the scalp scanner. She clearly pointed out the areas I should focus on and gave me helpful advice on how to take care of my scalp, especially considering that I am a shift worker. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. Their cheerful, friendly, caring, and professional service made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Keep up the excellent work! What I like most is that he takes the time to understand what I want instead of just cutting my hair. He gives honest recommendations based on what suits my hair and what will help achieve the look I’m going for. The keratin treatment was amazing too. It had a really nice fruity berry smell, and my hair is now much softer, less frizzy, and way easier to manage. Definitely recommend Jane if you’re looking for a quality, relaxing service. A little pricier than JB salons, but well worth it! I booked an appt for a haircut and once the receptionist sat me down she let me know how much the cost would be before proceeding. My hairstylist Ivan was professional and attentive, listening to what i want and giving me suggestions as well. He did ask me if i wanted to do treatment or dye my hair but didnt push after i said no. The hair wash done by another staff was damn shiok, the massage was 👍 During checkout the reception did ask if i wanted to buy package but didnt hardsell me after i said no Pretty pleasant experience!Been coming here for many years so this is long overdue. Daris has been my stylist for the longest time and has always provided excellent quality service and great advice. Recently suffered from scalp infection but through his recommended scalp treatments, it has been working great and i don't need to fear becoming botak 🤣.
