She’s friendly and professional, shares useful tips, and never hard-sells anything—which I really appreciate. I’m already seeing improvements after just three sessions. The whole experience is super relaxing (I almost fall asleep every time), and the added shoulder massage is a nice bonus. Plus, the studio offers drinks of our choice and snacks, which makes them feel more personal. Highly recommend Joann if you’re looking for effective scalp care and a chill, no-pressure environment!
