1. What services do you offer?
We offer a variety of hair services to suit your needs, including:
Personalized Haircut: Choose from styles like senior cuts, director cuts, fringe trims, and more.
Hair Retexturing: Services like rebonding, soft rebonding, keratin rebonding, C curl, S curl, Korea/ Japan perm and other retexturing services to change or enhance your hair’s texture.
Hair Coloring: Options include single-process color, multi-process color, highlights, balayage/ ombre, root retouch, and more.
Hair & Scalp Treatments: We provide treatments suitable for all common hair and scalp concerns, such as oily scalp, dry scalp, damaged hair, frizzy hair, hair thinning, and more to keep your hair healthy and nourished.

3. Does your salon charge GST?
All prices stated are nett, so there are no additional GST charges at checkout.
4. Is there a difference in pricing for different stylists?
We offer two types of haircuts: Standard Cuts and Director’s Cuts. The pricing for these services is based on the experience and expertise of our stylists. Click here for detailed pricing information.
5. How much is a haircut?
Men’s Haircuts: $35-$40
Haircut services (except fringe cut) include a complimentary wash and blow.
6. Do you cut hair for kids? If yes, how much?
7. How often should I get my hair trimmed?
Typically every 6-8 weeks, though this can vary based on hair type and desired style.
8. Can you recommend a hairstyle that suits me?
Our skilled stylists provide personalized recommendations based on face shape, hair type, and lifestyle. Visit any of our outlets for a free consultation.
9. Is your hair color permanent?
Hair dye is generally considered permanent, but keep in mind that color fading over time is inevitable due to factors like washing, sunlight, and heat styling. To maintain your color for as long as possible, we recommend using a color-safe shampoo and conditioner to help preserve its vibrancy.
10. Is your hair color ammonia-free?
We do offer an ammonia-free option for customers with sensitive skin or anyone looking for a more gentle coloring experience. Just let your stylist know on the day of your appointment, and please note that there is an additional cost of $50 for this option.
11. Can I get the exact hair color I want?
We always do our best to achieve the exact shade you’re looking for. However, the final result may vary slightly depending on your natural hair color, texture, and condition. While we may not always be able to replicate an exact color from a picture, our skilled stylists will work with you to match the closest possible shade to your desired look.
12 What should I do if I’m not satisfied with my haircut or service?
We want our customer to be completely happy with the experience, hence our salon offers a 5-Day Satisfaction Guarantee program. If you’re not satisfied with your haircut or service, please contact us directly at enquiry@deartehair.com or call the outlet where you had your service. We will assist you from there.
13. Do I need to make an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
Appointments are preferred to ensure availability, but we do welcome walk-ins whenever possible. You can book your appointment here or call your preferred salon location directly.

15. Can I go for rebonding if I want to tame my frizzy hair?
Rebonding can help tame frizzy hair, but suitability depends on your hair type. For very dry or damaged hair, rebonding is not recommended. Book a free consultation with our stylists for more information.
16. What's the difference between Keratin Treatment and Keratin Rebonding?
Both smooth and straighten hair, but use different methods.
Keratin Treatment tames frizz and adds shine without altering hair structure (safer for damaged hair), while Keratin Rebonding permanently straightens hair using stronger chemicals. It’s not recommended for very damaged hair.

17. How much is your Argan Oil Texture Control?
This award-winning treatment suits most hair types, eliminating frizz and making hair stronger and shinier with a natural look. It costs around $288-$388 for short to long hair lengths. Click here to find out more about our Argan Oil Texture Control treatment.
18. What types of perms do you offer?
We offer tight curls, soft waves, S-curl, C-curl, and more. Different techniques are used based on hair type to ensure minimal damage. Our stylists will advise on the most suitable perm for your hair condition.
19. Can I use Atome or GrabPay Later to pay?
Yes, you can use Atome or GrabPay Later for all hair service packages, regardless of the amount. However, these payment options are not applicable for à la carte services, product purchases, or a combination of à la carte services in one session (e.g. cut + dye + treatment). 20. Does your salon accept CDC (Community Development Council) vouchers?
Our salon is not part of the CDC initiative, so we are unable to accept CDC vouchers.
21 How much is your shipping for online order?
We offer free local shipping within Singapore. Currently, we do not offer international delivery. For bulk orders or special requests, please contact us at enquiry@deartehair.com for assistance.
22. When will I receive my order after making a payment?
Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days after the successful processing of your payment, and you can expect to receive it within 3 to 5 days.
